Mcleex was founded in 2019 by engineers who spent a decade operating large-scale data systems. We keep the team small on purpose: every engagement is led by someone who has carried a pager for the kind of system we are being asked to fix.

Our work is deliberately narrow. We do not sell licences or resell cloud capacity; we are hired for judgement, and we measure success by whether the system is easier to operate a year later.
